An in-clinic consultation offers the advantage of an immediate and comprehensive clinical overview. It allows for a more accurate assessment of body condition (weight, BCS/MCS), observation of the animal’s behavior, and a more thorough evaluation of clinical conditions such as severe obesity, muscle loss, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies, and more. The clinical setting provides a structured and controlled environment, enabling direct collaboration with attending veterinarians, as well as the option to schedule additional diagnostic tests using modern facilities and appropriate equipment when needed. For the owner, the visit provides greater reassurance and clarity, as the nutrition plan is developed following a hands-on clinical evaluation, with clear, practical guidance and well-defined goals.
